Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure and monitor supplier damages, shortages and wrong items based on daily operation
- To provide details to suppliers on any billing and dispute.
- To ensure all claims been updated in RMS and follow up on any rejected billing by Finance
- Monitor on inventory aging and inventory clearance by follow up with inter-department such as Merchandising and Supply Chain Ordering.
- Follow up with suppliers based on action plan on inventory clearance in order to optimize stock holding level
- To follow up with Supply Chain Ordering for any out of stock (OOS) due to short ordering.
- Measure and monitor supplier damages, shortages and wrong items based on daily operation.
- Prepare weekly Inventory Optimisation Meeting (IOM) slide for Superior presentation."
- Follow up on non-compliance suppliers on our requirements such as pallet stacking, window time, short shelf life, wrong packaging etc.
- Prepare CDC Agreement draft
- Arrange the new supplier briefing to ensure they follow CDC requirements.
- Follow up with existing suppliers regarding nearly expired CDC Agreement and arrange the CDC meeting.
- To ensure CDC Agreement and claim data maintain in RMS
- Participate in continual Process improvement activities.
- Conduct floor Audits on regular basis.
- To assist superior for stock take planning on cut-off of each transaction, reconsilation and man power planning.
- Perform other job related duties as and when requested by Superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing to work on night shifts and in Public Holidays.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
