- Liasing with Suppliers / vendors involving in weekly return goods collection
- Generate VRN from SAP and email to vendors
- Follow up closely with vendor on weekly return goods collection
- Assist vendors resolve return stocks problems when it arises
- Prepare Write off ,Adjustment and Transfer Form when required
- Prepare Disposal Claim Letter for vendor
- Communicate with stores when required regarding return stocks
- Report compilation – Daily return Log,Troubleshoot and Fullfillment report
- Verify all document and report relating to return stocks
- Prepare VRN document to submit to finance department
- Identify critical issues and report them to the manager
- Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior
- To ensure proper filing and other administrative duties
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing to work on night shifts and in Public Holidays.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
