Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle trade order processing, shipping documentation and shipping and shipment related operations such as:
Handle trade order processing, shipping documentation and shipping and shipment related operations such as:
- Checking and verifying incoming confirmation from buyer / seller / broker
- Notifying and coordinate with internal department for the shipping schedule and shipment confirmation
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness & consistency of data
- Ensuring that customer's requests are met consistently throughout the year
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Study/Administrative/Logistics/Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping / trading / import & export preferred
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and good in paperwork and documentation.
- Proficient in English as you need to communicate with local shipping agents and oversea traders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
