Job Description
- Fresh graduates & junior candidates are welcome
- Candidate MUST able to speak fluently & write, type in Mandarin, Malay & English & in good communication skills
- Independent, responsible & computer literate
- Attend to customer calls and administration work
- Supports all customer order management related requirements (order entry till billing)
- Be responsive and process order in timely manner
- Manage order proactively and accurate
- Order and delivery tracking for assigned customers (change management: rescheduling and cancellation)
