Job Description
Responsible for providing sales support to Sales team to achieve growth targets, advising clients on credit limits and chasing payments to accounts.
- Provide accurate advice on billing queries to customers
- Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
- Follow up the AR recovery with customers
- Send out monthly client statement / letters as may be agreed from time to time
- To ensure customers received invoices and statement of accounts
- Arrange cash /cheque collection schedule with despatch
- Assist and support sales personnel to ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner
- Assist sales personnel to handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
- Support sales personnel to meet cash & debtor day targets set by the company
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Sales Manager or Finance Manager
- Update deposit list report to Sales Manager.
- To prepare any CN/Waive/Refund Deposit liase with customer and Finance Dept
- To check and follow up on details of payment once received cheque or transaction online banking from customer.
- Receive complaints/feedback from customer and resolved with respective departments.
- Refer SQL system for customer enquiries(invoice, statements and payment breakdown)
