Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Comply with all safety policies, procedures and established safe practices.

* Perform maintenance and calibration of lab testing equipment and document findings.

* Perform HMA mix designs.

* Select product for tests at specified states in production process, and test products for a variety of qualities.

* Maintain JKR Accreditation for continuous improvement of work and supply quality.

* Perform Quality Control Testing of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and associated materials as assigned.

* Others duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising vast judgment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

* Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

EXPERIENCE

* Min 2 years of related experience.

SALARY

* Commensurate with experience.

Ace Sepakat Quarry is a company that manufactures hot mix asphalt (premix) and provides contract services of laying asphalt. We are a relatively new company which started operation in July 2015. ACE is dedicated to servicing our customers with consistent quality of hot mix asphalt products, road work paving & milling solutions.

Our plant is located at Sungai Rengit, Penggerang near the vicinity of RAPID. We have already supplied more than 180K tons of asphalt in its 21 months of business. The Company is servicing both private & public market sectors. The Company plans to increase a number of asphalt plants within the next 2 years, increasing service range and improving availability to meet customers’ demands
