Job Description


  • Arrange stock transfer among location in Eco Bakery.
  • Aware of the delivery schedule and inform outlet/ store for the ordering.
  • Arrange account opening with new vendor/ new outlet opening.
  • Site visitation to audit supplier.
  • Check stock quantity on hand and issue PO to replenish stock.
  • 3 Way Matching Variance for Invoice, DO and PO before submit to account team for payment.
  • Maintain item master list and costing for all item.
  • Feedback item quality or reject item to request credit note or replacement.
  • Source for potential supplier or alternative supplier for existing item/ new item.
  • Memo preparation.
  • Any other ad-hoc job as assigned.


  • Diploma & above.
  • Fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Willing to work in Jementah, Segamat.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
