Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange stock transfer among location in Eco Bakery.
- Aware of the delivery schedule and inform outlet/ store for the ordering.
- Arrange account opening with new vendor/ new outlet opening.
- Site visitation to audit supplier.
- Check stock quantity on hand and issue PO to replenish stock.
- 3 Way Matching Variance for Invoice, DO and PO before submit to account team for payment.
- Maintain item master list and costing for all item.
- Feedback item quality or reject item to request credit note or replacement.
- Source for potential supplier or alternative supplier for existing item/ new item.
- Memo preparation.
- Any other ad-hoc job as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above.
- Fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Willing to work in Jementah, Segamat.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
