Job Description
- Responsible for direct supervision of all the Production Workers to ensure production operation is carried out at maximum efficiency, within budgeted cost, meeting shipping dateline and quality standard
- Ensure production line achieve optimum production capacity including manpower management
- Complete operation by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standard, resolving operations problem and implementing new procedures
- Ensure all material usage are monitored and maintain according to set budget
- To work closely with other department for improvement plan to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- To ensure discipline, safety, 5S and housekeeping practice on the production floor
- Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Requirements:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Controls and Instrumentation, Supply Management, Tooling, Coordination, Inventory Control, Attention to Detail, Judgment
- Required Skill(s): Able to read Drawing
- Good working attitude, willing to learn and growth, strong communication and leadership skills
