Job Description
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output, and cost goals
• Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency are met
• Prepare and review daily production report on output, WIP, yield %, and attendance

• Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line and ability to

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management
• At least 2 years' of relevant experience
• Preferably Production Supervisor specializing in high volume Production Operations
• Possess leadership quality, self-motivated, committed and mature disposition
• Willing to work on 12-hours rotating shift
