Job Description:
- Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure sales and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Inputting PO orders, ensuring it is processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Handling calls, emails, messages or respond to complaints from customers.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and provide financial information in ERP system
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Requirement
- Diploma & above
- Min. 3 years working experience on manufacturing & sales related field
- fluent in English
