Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production operators in achieving production schedule and to ensure product quality and maximize resources
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production schedules or shipment target
- Provide assistance during equipment troubleshooting in maintaining continuous assembly operations (where possible)
- Ensure all activities carried out on the shop floor are in compliance with the requirements
- Effective manpower planning to achieve labour efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that all raw material and WIP inventories are in order
- Check equipment capacity and work in progress
- Execute production schedule and keep cycle time within target
- Involve in cost reduction activities and improvement projects
- Managing and provide training to operators
- Prepare reports on production status
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any Non-Engineering related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!!
- Organized, fast learner and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasks
- Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes
- Good supervising skills
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good computer skills, MS Office
- Able to work on rotating shift
