Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Support Production line to ensure productivity & quality are met.
- Managing Operator in production floor.
- Leading & Supervising a production line to ensure proper, efficient & effective result.
- Ensure all quality & production standard are met.
- Manage simple equipment operation & trouble shooting requirements.
- Establish employee environment regarding communication, feedback & overall guidance.
- Administer production operators on proper training, work instruction and tools to perform their duties.
- Monitor production operator performance & take corrective action as needed.
- Report to Manager for any irregularity in work related issues.
- Monitor safety and housekeeping program are always adhered.
- Other assigned duties by superior as and when needed.
Job Requirements:
1) Must possess at least a SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field or relevant studies.
2) Min 2 years working experience in similar position.
3) Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia and other language is advantage.
4) Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
5) With good attendance and work quality.
6) Knowledge in ISO9001:2000 is and added advantage.
