Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Work Location: Johor Bahru
- To plan, coordinate, implement department objective.
- Managing day to day operations in deboned and bonded warehouse, inbound, outbound, inventory management and customs compliances.
- Drive and lead continuous improvements (eg: Lean management, cost reduction, cycle time, ISO, JSOX, and OSHA)
- To coordinate and maintain stock accuracy through cycle count & monthly stock take.
- Providing incident report and appropriate counter measure.
- To analyze data and monitoring warehouse performance/KPI for improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational problems, provide efficient solution, implement improvement plan & effective counter measure.
- To coordinate with different functional groups and branch.
- Execute HR role required by HOD e.g. attendance, disciplinary, staff welfare, training & development. To conduct regular department meeting, coach and mentor team members. Update department organization chart and job description whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Knowledge of J-SOX and ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantages
