- Directing all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers.
- Maintain effective customer services programs and achieve customer expectations.
- Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operations
- A recognized Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other business-related studies.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent with good problem solving skills.
- Good command of verbal and written skills in English,and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to stretch for extra miles.
- Good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office.
