Job Description
- Lead and supervise company’s sales, marketing and communication team.
- Develop, implement and co-ordinating an effective marketing campaigns, activities and events for both online and offline platforms to promote our products, services and images.
- Develop, implement, monitor and maintain an efficient and good customer service, working with all departments and business unit to execute an excellent customer service and support.
- Lead the team through sales process – including customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns, and managing Sales Consultant performance
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Maintain a clear and consistent brand image across all media.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in healthcare/supplement industry is preferred.
- Highly analytical, ability to multi-task and with strong organisation and leadership Skills.
- Ability to write compelling content for various online and offline communications channels.
- Possess high level of independence, integrity, self-motivation and result oriented
