Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to delegate the roles and responsibility of the QC Asst Sup,QC Technician & Inspector effectively to ensure the quality of product meet up to customer requirements and standard by follow the customer specification.
- Supervise and lead the team of QC Technician & Inspector for product Inspection according to Inspection Specification and Sampling Plan.
- Provide training, supervision and guidance to QC Asst Sup,QC Technician & Inspectors in order to ensure their competency to meet the customer requirement.
- Monitor in-process Quality Performance and follow up of NCMR & CAR replies on the effectiveness.
- Experience as internal auditor for ISO 9001 and follow up the finding of the audit.
- Do discussion with internal dept personnel like engineers and supervisors on any technical and management issues.

- Evaluate the QC Technician and Inspector performance.
- Preparing Qc reports and implement Qc system to compliance with ISO requirement (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485)
