- Provide clerical support to HR Department.
- Assist in general office administration such as answer phone call, monitoring and order stationary, general supplies, smock, ESD shoes etc.
- Checking all of employees claim such as mileage claim / medical claim and others claim.
- Transport arrangement for operator
- Assist in checking Security Guard duty record.
- Assist in preparing and filing documentation for orientation program / training.
- Assist in recruitment activities and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Any other duties as assigned, and any other ad-hock task as required by superior.
Job Requirement :
- SPM with minimum 1 year experience in the similar environment.
- Posses own transport and willing to work outdoors on adhoc basis.
Key Result Area ( KRA ) :
- Monitor and ensure stock of stationary and general supplies.
- Operator training filing and record are up to date as per SOP requirement .
