- Monitor staff attendance, leave and claims and manage leave management and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.
- To Updating of employee particulars in system and ensure staff movement are captured accurately.
- To Coordinate and organize training programs for staff.
- To Monitor HRDF fund and submit appropriate claims.
- To assist in recruitment activities
- To liaise with Govt. Statutory bodies, BOMBA License, DOSH, DOE and etc.
- To arrange with Guest management i.e. visa, transportation, hotel and others.
- To maintain building maintenance and monitor the performance of cleaners, security and contractors.
- To ensure that all Company facilities are well maintained.
- To Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as answering call, filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
- To assist in organize company events (annual dinner, new staff orientation, birthday celebration & sports tournament.)
- To diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned from time-to-time
