Job Description
- Provide support in maintaining Joint Management Body (“JMB”) related schedules
- Process receipt from residents timely and update the receipt into the system accurately and timely
- Maintain a proper filing system
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the JMB related activities
- Issue statement of account, invoices, reminder letter, and official receipt, relating to monthly utility and other charges
- Attend to residents’ billing related inquiries
- Maintain current and accurate resident information
Job requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years audit experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
- IT savvy in Microsoft Excel
- Independent, highly motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in IFCA system is an added advantage
