- Handle partial spectrum of account receivables and payable duties
- Payment processing and data entry, review and match invoices to statement of account
- Liaise with suppliers for payment matters
- Assist in the preparation of finance reports and schedule.
- Compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
- Ensure completeness for all invoices and credit notes issued.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned based on management requirements.
- Process staff expenses claims.
- Monitor the purchase requisitions raised by different departments
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy /Finance or other related field
· Minimum 2 - 3 years of accounting related working experience
· Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accpac
· Meticulous, initiative and a good team player
· Flexible and proactive
· Able to join immediately
