- Job title: HR EXECUTIVE Summary/Objective The HR Executive's role will be to plan, prepare, monitor and follow-up on the overall spectrum of Human Resources related matters,Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.(1)Human Resource (MAINLY HR OPS Function support):
- Work force recruitment support (hiring new employee)
- Job description administration
- Maintaining & support overall HR systems (Jobvite, SGN, ADP Vantage etc)
- Assist and support employee relation activities.
- To maintain and update documentations are in compliance with Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relation Act.
2. Liaisons with related Government department and related to administrative functions.(3) Disciplinary
1. Assist and support for all disciplinary matters(4) Training:
1.Support for orientation for new associate/s (5) All generally related HR administration function and matter.
(6) Special projects; as and when assigned by Management.
(7) Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions 'The responsibilities as defined are intended to serve as a general guideline for this position. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks depending on strengths and capabilities.' Required Experience
- 2 years in related / similar position
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / related technical or equivalent experience.
