Job Description

Key Responsibilities  

• Handle partial spectrum of account receivables and payable duties
• Payment processing and data entry, review and match invoices to statement of account
• Liaise with suppliers for payment matters
• Assist in the preparation of finance reports and schedule.
• Compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Ensure completeness for all invoices and credit notes issued.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned based on management requirements.
• Process staff expenses claims.
• Monitor the purchase requisitions raised by different departments

Job Requirements         

·      Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy /Finance or other related field

·      Minimum 2 - 3 years of accounting related working experience

·      Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

·      Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accpac

·      Meticulous, initiative and a good team player

·      Flexible and proactive

·      Able to join immediately
