Job Description
Main Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the operation and ensure of maintenance work such as Preventive Maintenance, Daily Checklist and Calibration activities are run as per normal condition.
- Ensure all SCADA & PLC system run in good condition.
- Responsible for the operation and ensure of maintenance work such as Preventive Maintenance, Daily Checklist and Calibration activities are run as per normal condition.
- Ensure all SCADA & PLC system run in good condition.Performs regular maintenance activity such temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, flow meter and all instrument equipment in production plant.
- Performs all Preventive Maintenance activity such daily checklist, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annually following as required Maintenance Department, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and update the record of job done.
- Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
- Performs calibration for all instrumentation equipment activity at production plant following the schedule of calibration activity and calibration philosophy.
- Work effectively with Engineer and others by sharing ideas in a constructive, positive manner for support their job when necessary.
- Maintain job commitment for safety rules & regulation, comply by DOSH. Report all incident & accident happen to Maintenance Manager and Safety Executive.
- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
- Ensure safety, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Engineering Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the related field (Food Production Manufacturing will be an advantage).
- Knowledgable and experience in engineering process
