  1. Respond to customer-related inquiries (email or tickets) from overseas customers (Southeast Asia, Europe) and assist in solving their problems (include pre-sales and after-sales)
  2. Act as an intermediary between customers and the internal operation teams to respond to customers’ queries
  3. Identify and summarize problems faced by customers and resolve the issues efficiently, thereafter revising the SOP
  4. Deal with complaint cases raised by the department
  5. Improve and optimize training to assist supervisor in raising the performance levels of the part-time employees

Job Requirements

  1. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both typing and speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
  2. Candidates with customer service or team leader experience will be advantageous
  3. Highly customer-oriented
  4. Possess analytical skills and is adaptable when dealing with different scenarios
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Working Hours

  1. 5 days a week (Monday- Sunday, might be shifted on weekends)
  2. 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
