Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily updating of the clear stock file log and ensure accuracy and completeness of information of the report before submission to customer
• Manage and verify quarantine parts in quarantine area, verified on time and ensure all disposition parts are timely cleared and follow up.
• Conduct on-time verification of incoming and on-hand stock parts
• Liaise with customer on the return of recall parts and return to Kassel shipment when there is full container load.• Update ‘Check Stock & CC Claims Log’ for all check stock performed
• Advise and assist Operations on any quality issues disposition in accordance to guidelines.• Manage and verify quarantine parts in quarantine area, verified on time and ensure all disposition parts are timely cleared and follow up.
• Conduct daily updating of the non-conformance log and ensure accuracy and completeness of information of the report before submission to customer.
• Conduct weekly inspection of quarantine parts and attend verification of the parts.• Conduct verification of all inbound parts with quality issues including survey parts, feedback on time and ensure parts with quality issue are properly contained.
• Conduct inspection and verification of all customer returns parts (RTN), buyback and provide timely feedback of the results.Job Requirements:
• Minimum education of Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in logistics industry is not compulsory but is preferable.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system and quality would be an advantage.
• Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills for daily job activities.
