Job Summary
Dealer Relationship Executive establishes and maintains relationships with motorcycle dealership with the goal of promoting Honda motorcycles product. This role also require a person to provide guidance and support to dealers on the organization products and track dealer performance as well as managing motorcycle allocation and sales collection among the assigned dealers.

Job Description
- To strive and works towards the achievement of the company consolidate sales target and ensure the target are met.
- Develops and improve dealers networking and relationship
- To encourage good rapport with both dealers & sub-dealers with proper schedule of field visitation
- Serve as window person between dealers and company for motorcycle orders, delivery, and etc
- Plan monthly sales allocation and communicate effectively with dealers on the target
- Analyse monthly sales data to identify market positioning in order to capture immediate and long term action plan
- To set up and maintain good networking for information and intelligence on similar industry activities, new models, & sales incentives, and proper product displaying to dealers for continuous improvement and proper market competition
- To study, maintain and strenghten networking with Honda dealers and to identify each area's respective weakness and strenghts
- Daily monitoring of dealers credit limit and account
- Monthly sales order collection from dealers
- Other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field of studies and at least 3 years of working experience which preferably include field experience, and also:-
- Must have skills - Customer Sevice, Communication, Sales, Fluent in English, Microsoft Excel and Power Points (Intermediate)
- Good to have skills - Business Planning, Market Analysis, Exposure in Automotive Industries, Mandarin speaking candidates is prefered as role requires candidate to deal with the Mandarin speaking clients
