Responsibilities
- To handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in/out guests
- To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to request promptly
- Responsible for the delivery of service througout in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to perform the duties of night audit
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to peform shift works
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
