Job Description

Purpose of Position:

To provide Language support for all employees via regular training session and various business support channels. In addition, to support the organisation ‘Corporate Branding’ initiative in developing relevant contents for the company online and offline communication platform.  

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be the ‘English Language Specialist’ for the company. 
• You will be responsible to improve our employees’ English language capability through regular training session covering Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening skill.
• You will need to support our employees’ especially in proof-reading their written contents for business purpose via different communication channels such as email, business correspondence, print-out, etc, as when necessary.
• You will need to design and develop suitable training contents with assessment for the in-house English course. You will be responsible to consistently build the ‘Knowledge Based’ for English language related to in-house business operation.
• You will be responsible to develop suitable contents for our ‘Corporate Branding’ purpose at different platform such as LinkedIn, facebook, Corporate Website, internal correspondence, etc.
• You will be responsible to provide basic public relation response for the company’s marcom areas. 

Job Criteria:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with specialisation in ESL (English as Second Language);
• Preferably candidate who has completed the TTT (Train-The-Trainer) Programme;
• Possess at least 2-3 years teaching/ lecturing/ training experience especially for Business English language; 
• Past experience in proof-reading marketing material and/ or the field of marketing communication / public relation will be advantages;
