Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for petty cash, claims preparations and checking.
- Matching of invoice, delivery order (DO) and purchase order (PO).
- Checking and preparing payment for vendors.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties in accounting activities.
- Perform data entry into system.
- Perform creditors statement reconciliation.
- Any other job/task assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will have an added advantages.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Candidate must be fluent in English language.
