Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and operation of outlets in a designated area.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of outlets reports.
- Manage staff KPI and performance appraisal.
- Assist in recce of new sites for potential new outlets opening.
- In charge of the upkeep and maintenance of outlets.
- Perform regular audit and spot checks on outlets.
- Keep track and manage tenancy agreement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above or equivalent.
- 5 years of working experience in Retail industry.
- Flexible to travel and work in Central & Southern region.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to produce reports and present in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
