Job Description
· Manages and key in daily shipments data, monthly KP results, daily data for berth utilization.
· Assist Executive, Customer Service for all vessel documentation process.
· Assist Manager in preparing Terminal related reports.
· Submit periodical mooring work order to Finance department within the deadline.
· Assist in organizing customs matter such as customs declaration on product movement, customs clearance for vessel berth at the Terminal, customs documents and monthly customs charge for attending shipment.
· Timely submission on monthly activity report.
· Responsible for the execution of all operations in the terminal during shift.
Requirements:
· Must possess a diploma with 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
· Computer literate in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Google.
· Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Skills:
· Possess strong communication skills, fluent in both Malay and English.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Good interpersonal skills, proactive and good player in the team.
