Job Description
Job Responsibilities：
Accounts
- Handle & Prepare Accounts Payable Report, Accounts Receivables Report, Balance Sheet Statement, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Statement, Creditors & Debtors Aging, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
- Prepare customers’ statement of account and email to them monthly.
- Assist sales & administrative teams in the collection of payments from customers.
- Generate official receipts and payment vouchers.
- Liaise with auditor, company secretary and tax agent.
- Perform daily online banking transactions.
- Manage petty cash fund and cheques received.
Admin
- Handle order processing and generate invoices for sales team.
- Update sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
- Assist sales team in managing and rectifying all on site issues faced with customers.
- Daily data entry in auto count system.
- Ensure that all documents are well sorted and organized daily.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executive with at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Auto Count System and Microsoft Office.
