- Snack foods trading and manufacturing company require Accounts Assistant to Executive level.
- 5.5 days work week (8am - 5pm/12pm).
- Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, meal allowance.
- Job scope including but not limited to:
- Issuing of delivery orders and invoices to customers
- Entering suppliers invoices
- Recording receipts from customers
- Recording payments made by Manager to suppliers
- Generating monthly reports for Manager (AR, AP, Customers Statements)
- Checking and agreeing monthly creditors statement balance
- Preparing quotations for customers as directed
- Keeping records of fixed assets of company
- Correspondence and translating of letters and liaise with Government Departments where required
- Work together with shipping executive to coordinate timely issuance of documents
- Assist Manager for yearly closing of accounts (journal entries, generating reports - TB, P&L, B/S, AR, AP, etc)
- LCCI certification
- Knowledge of full set of accounts an advantage
- Knowledge of QnE an advantage but not a must
