- Fully (Executive) in charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions.
- For Executive, generating timely monthly reports is mandatory.
- Prepare monthly financial report and cash flow report and other related report as and when required.
- Supervision and close monitoring of credit control and collection process.
- Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB and etc.
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
- Update timely the complete accounting functions of the company including AP, AR, Journal and etc.
- Due to the nature of this job function, it is expected that the employed candidate will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin.respectively..
- Any other reasonable duties per company requirements.
- Mandarin speaking candidates will be an advantage due to nature of company's business.
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preference).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required and experience in handling full sets of accounts for Executive. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, UBS, AUOCOUNT or other accounting system. Currently, the Company is using UBS system.
- Working Hours Monday - Friday , 8.15am - 5.15pm
- Saturday 8.15am - 1.00pm
