Job Description
Key Responsibilities
i) Account Payable
- Reviewing suppliers' invoices compliance to statutory / legal requirements
- Checking and verifying payment request form with the supporting documents and matching with supplier invoices.
- Responsible for AP reporting journal entries, adjustment and inter-co billing and reconciliation, and preparing monthly closing accounts.
- Support preparation of audit related activities.
ii) Account Receivable
- Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of Revenue and AR numbers for monthly management reporting.
- Create and maintain proper documentation processes such as contracts and Sales Orders (SO), invoicing, Delivery Order (DO), and etc.
- Responsible for collection activities, such as sending statement of accounts, reminders, and chasing for payments, to ensure timely collection.
- Provide collection numbers for cash flow preparation purposes.
Skills / Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/ Account
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the automation related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and results oriented.
- Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
