Job Description :
- Manage DATA teams with total headcount 15 ,which include Officer and data entry clerk;
- Manage the inventory in system for Raw material and Finished goods;
- Document issuance and record keeping of Material Issuance Note, Material Return Notes, Delivery Order and document for custom declaration;
- Communicating with inter department for shipment preparation and raw material schedule;
- Prepare for Warehouse monthly report.
Requirement :
- Candidate possess Diploma / Degree in Logistic is preferred.
- With warehouse admin and logistic working experience for more than 2 years is a must;
- Know well the office admin and system management, which include data entry, reporting;
- Skill of Microsoft excel , words and power point;
- Work as office/ admin and system supervisor level;
- Problem solver, initiative and fast learn is require;
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
