Job Description
- Prepared full set of account.
- Update payment received from customer.
- Prepared credit note to customer.
- Prepared monthly statement of account to customer.
- Follow up and reconciled with customer regarding delivery or return.
- Follow up payment with customer.
- Prepared payment to supplier based on credit term.
- Key in and update supplier invoice, CREDIT NOTE, DEBIT NOTE into system.
- Follow up and reconciled with supplier regarding CREDIT NOTE, DEBIT NOTE or returns.
- Ad hoc task.
