Job Description
- To be responsible for packing materials and stickers;
- To assist in shipping and delivery schedule;
- To liaise with sales department and customers regarding delivery enquiries;
- To be responsible for despatch note, invoice, supply chain issuance and do matching accordingly;
- To perform data entry and maintain relevant records/ documents;
- To support overall departmental administrative works;
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possessed at least Diploma in Warehousing/ Logistic;
- At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field;
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Meticulous, well organized and hardworking;
- Able to communicate both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Melayu.
