Job Description
Telemedicine Admin Job scope:
- Ensure all the telemedicine calls are being picked up by the doctor. Call and Nudge the doctor on duty for call back request/ miss call
- Monitor the telemedicine dashboard during your shift
- Ensure correct billing and guide patient to check out after consultation
- Liaise with clinic assistant and arrange medicine for dispensing
- Arrange for medicine delivery
- Update and keep all medical records in excel during your shift
- Ensure all claiming are done during your shift
- Able to work with various team members- IT team, Policy admin team
Requirement:
- Able to work at least 3-night shifts a week , 12am-8am
- Professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
- Preferably past experience in Healthcare - Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
