Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Receive orders over the telephone.
- Contact new potential customers to develop the sales market.
- Reach the monthly sales target instructed by the leader.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and conversation record into system database.
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Product knowledge.
- Good communication skills , stress tolerance , self motivation , adaptability.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires so that can deal with mandarin speaking clients.
