Job Description
Immediate vacancy
1. Ensure safe handling of goods.
2. Manage the daily operations at the Store.
3. Receives/Inspect all incoming / outgoing deliveries, verifies and inspects for conformity as per documented procedure.
4. Loading and uploading of materials / semi-finished / finished goods by hand / forklift or overhead crane.
5. Material issuing & recording to production as per approved material requisition / requisition issue form.
6. Receiving & recording semi-finished goods & finished goods from production.
7. Raise purchase requisitions to maintain adequate inventory of materials and supplies.
8. Maintain store tags to ease for identification.
9. To categories the materials and stock in the appropriate locations in a neat and orderly manner.
10. Reviews stock levels and maintain adequate stock level.
11. Maintaining the accuracy of stock in the store, production open area & production office.
12. Timely keep track of stock positions and updating into stock card / excel / SAP, monitor stock movements to ensure stock accuracy.
13. Carry cycle count and stock take.
14. Print label for incoming stock / inhouse fabrication stock/semi-finished goods, finished goods & outgoing shipping mark and paste as per ISO requirement.
15. Arrange outgoing goods / packing & loading.
16. Prepare Return detective goods.
17. Carry out other activities as assigned by immediate superior.
Minimum requirements.
· SPM / Certificate in Warehouse Management.
· Min 2-3 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
· Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Computer literate is preferred.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
