Job Description
This position is required for Bioxcell CUF to take care of Bioxcell CUF safety for day to day operation and to assist team to deal with government authorities to comply with the legal requirements eg: DOSH, DOE
• To carry out planned preventive maintenance on all plant and equipment aiming to achieve maximum plant availability with a target of zero unplanned downtime
• To maintain availability of spare part of all equipment at all time and ensure no downtime due to non-availability of spare part
• To respond, carry out and record equipment maintenance activity effectively and efficiently
• Observation and rectification of equipment/machines condition and detection of unusual conditions in a proactive manner
• Ensure all equipment is operated and maintained as per manufacturers recommendation
• To communicate with external vendor for site services/repair
• Daily reporting of activities and updating any issues at work to the superior
• To attend, record and conduct all trainings required as per training matrix/schedule
• Generate various document procedure/protocol/report as and when required
• Fill log sheets/checklist/history card/planner as described in the SOPs
• Follow the established procedures and policies of the company
• Participate in project activity on process optimisation, facility upgrade or objective
• To propose objectives and targets on work area and comply to set timeline
• Participate in cost and energy management program
• To conduct/participate and ensure smooth running of any audits (Internal and External) related to QMS and EHS management system
• To provide feedback and ensure all the audit findings are closed within the stipulated time
• On routine basis to provide improvement proposal on equipment, process and quality system
• To authorize the invoice, bills and vouchers for the good received
• Responsible for data management, trending and periodic presentation
• To prepare shift scheduling
• Evaluate the personnel who have undergone training
• To plan/prepare/review/approve the preventive maintenance activity/schedule
• To evaluate and approve on vendor performance/quality/capability – vendor evaluation/management process
• To prepare and achieve team budgets and plan/performance objectives
• Takes a leadership role in department and organization
• Decision making on priorities

Technical and Functional Skills
• Familiar with the understanding of the utility operation and maintenance like Boilers, Chillers & Waste Water Treatment Plants
• Implementation of energy conservation measures
• Ensure safe working environment and highlight safety needs to the team
• Planning and procurement of spares and consumables as per maintenance needs
• Check and ensure all the legal requirements are met
• Able to handle the equipment maintenance independently
• Familiar with the documentation as per cGMP requirements
• Can handle the customer and other quality audits
1) Deep operation & maintenance knowledge of Boilers ( Biomass & LGP)
2) Deep knowledge in Waste water treatment Plants
