Job Description
• Lead a team of engineers and technician for the process and quality improvement initiatives at manufacturing operations.
• Constantly review and analyze equipment performance to identify and propose potential improvement opportunity on process / system / equipment in order but not limited to enhance serviceability, reduce downtime, increase throughtput, reduce rejects and running costs.
• Execute improvement project development from User Requirements Specification till release to production.
• Design and write engineering study protocol and execute the protocols which include data collection, analysis and provide recommendation if further improvement is required.
• Provide engineering support in terms of process improvement, repairs, troubleshooting of automation and control system, calibration and process validation.
• Investigate persistent quality issues of the production process and equipment and provide appropriate corrective / preventive actions.
• Study and analyze process and equipment related issues, recurring deviation, customer complaints and other holistic engineering issues and address them efficiently.
• Execute engineering activities including process validation, annual re-evaluation, process, material, equipment upgrading qualifications.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements :
• Degree in Engineering field.
• At least 6 years of experience in equipment installation, start-up, operation, maintenance, calibration.
• Good knowledge in process control tool such as Six Sigma, Minitab.
• Strong in statistical analysis and good interpersonal skills.
• Good skills in PLC and PC based equipment / machine.
• Good problem solving skill and decision making skills.
• At least 6 years of experience in equipment installation, start-up, operation, maintenance, calibration.
