Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the shipment activities (import and export) of the Company which include:
- Preparation of shipping documents i.e invoive, packing list/ delivery order, CO, BL etc.
- Liaison with forwarder for shipment arrangement i.e booking of vessel/ container/ transport etc.
- To coordinate between sales and planner and prepare the delivery planning schedule.
- Liaison with relevant departments (Custom Department, MITI, FMM etc) for related application and approval.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or in Economics, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Fresh Graduate or SPM holders with more than 5 years related working experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with LMW rules and regulations, shipping procedures and document preparation.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 5 days work week.
