Job Description
Shipping Coordinator to handle inbound/outbound, coordinate shipments day to day with internal Barry Callebaut and service provider includes submit document for custom declaration, ensure document preparation for shipment, document complete on time to customer, sundry sales, follow up schedule shipment, update data in shipment schedule, petty cash, payment complete for shipment, booking for liquid tanker delivery to Singapore and local which refer to loading and delivery date.
Coordinate and handle liquid and solid export for cocoa products to customer include adhoc transaction. Liaise with service provider, BCCAP and internal. Closely support and prepare document related include raise sales invoice bill to customer, match billing charges for services with shipment fulfill, filing document, update information in schedule/Polomas related etc., MIDA reporting, back up cocoa bean/others inbound and other task as assigned. Coordinate return cargo arrangement if any.
