Job Description
Job Summary
- This position is responsible for supporting Healthcare Application Systems.
- Must work in partnership with the Application Manager.
- Ensuring all project deliverables and activities are being executed in a timely manner.
- Manage & initiates new IT application projects to provide better IT Services to users specifically in Digital Health Application & IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skill to work with business users.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and roll out solutions in planning, coordination, configuration, implementation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance/monitoring of all corporate infrastructure.
- Analyse user requirements for development of projects functional and system specification documentation according to user business requirements
- Assist or complete work breakdown structure for the estimation of efforts needed for each task in developing project plans and obtaining budget approvals.
- Clearly communicate the expectations to project team members and all key stakeholders
- Determine the requirement, evaluate and recommend external vendors or consultants to accomplish the project,
- Manage, track and report project milestones and providing status reports regularly to project team members and management
Application Support
- Provide Level 2 Application Support which includes user account assistance, technique support, and others for the following systems
- Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Lab Information System (LIS)
- Clinical Management System (CIS)
- Finance Information System (FIS)
- Queue Management System (QMS)
- Bed Management System (BMS)
- Reporting Systems(s)
- And Others
- Documents work in the ITSM tracking tool and utilizes the Knowledge base for troubleshooting and when appropriate, dispatch.
- Apply application/system knowledge to develop solutions to meet business/customer requirements, compare and evaluate options and recommend appropriate course of action with guidance from senior level colleagues.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ITIL v3.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
