Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Chemical or Engineering.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Responsible to arrange training
- Able to presentation
- Able to use variety of Microsoft Office software applications including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work in Muar areas (Not Hostel Provided)
- Able to travel
Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and describe the features and benefits of Shell products available to customers.
- Compare and contrast features of Shell products with those of our competitors to explain Shell’s products effectively.
- Determine the appropriate application of different Shell products to various customer situations involving vehicles, machinery, and/or equipment.
- Provide front line technical support to sales team to support the business development strategy.
- Inform the customer support and sales team of new product information and customer developments that impact service and sales performance.
- Interact and collaborate with Shell staff to resolve complex technical issues for customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and customers.
- Help to test customer oil samples.
