Job Description
Requirements :-
- Degree in Agriculture Science/Forestry/Plantation management.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Plantation management.
Responsibilities :-
- Assist manager ensuring compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions
- To ensure achievement of FFB productivity and quality target
- To manage expenditure within the approved budgets
- To supervise, train and lead team members in achieving optimum productivity and work quality
- Dynamic individuals with initiatives, independent and ability to work under challenging enviroment
