Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist planning and developing security.
- Maintain the duty roster for all security personnel.
- Advice and assist with the problem solving for security guard.
- To ensure all security system, e.g. ensure the Fire alarm, EM lock and CCTV are working properly.
- Regulate and monitor outsource security personnel.
- Supervise and manage the internal security staff training.
- Take charge and direct personnel during emergency or other critical incidents and evacuation in the face of danger.
- Maintain the best cooperation with Police and Bomba authorities and be responsible for dealing with any inquiries from them.
- Ensure and maintain the surrounding building environment in a safe manner by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Keep good compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Be conversant in OSH.
- Quick responses and attend to any ad hoc task which assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Posses team lead or equivalent leadership skill to manage a team, able to take up challenge and can work under stress.
- Alternatively shift rotation (when required)
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
