Job Description

Responsibilities
• Actively seek out sales opportunities and build a strong sales network
• Sell company goods
• Work to achieve monthly sales target and KPI
• Respond and follow up with customer inquiries on various platforms
• Prepare sales related documents, such as, Sales Order, Packing List, and others
• Respond to and handle item returns and warranty claims
• Assist with store management or delivery when needed
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications
• Minimum SPM
• Minimum SPM
Requirements
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate (as our clients are mostly Mandarin speaking)
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Skudai, Johor
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
